• Canada: Orders are dispatched from our Toronto center.
• Europe: We fulfill and ship from Latvia, Spain, and the UK, depending on your location.
• Australia and New Zealand: Orders are sent from our Melbourne center.
• Mexico: We ship from our Tijuana center.

Please note that on the rare occasion a product isn't available at the closest center, we'll ship from another one of our nearby centers where the item is in stock. This ensures you always receive your order in the most efficient manner possible.

Returns are accepted within 30 days after the order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You can choose to get a refund or to get a new product of the same value.
